Clash of Clans gamers saw the spooky Halloween treat that Supercell has just provided but the theme is not permanent, it will soon disappear. A bigger update is expected and the October 24 ClashCon is the likely launch pad of these fresh provisions and they will certainly stay to keep the COC community bustling.

Supercell is yet to confirm anything save for hints that whatever new to come, the COC fun setting and balanced gameplay will be maintained. Unconfirmed details are circulating and many of the suggested game bumps make sense but below are the likely upgrade treats to come, game-changer as they are, and how they will significantly alter the existing Clash of Clans landscape:

Town Hall 11

Among the new things that COC games anticipate, it is the Town Hall 11 that dominates the discussion. For years now, the adventure has been confined on TH10 and players got nothing new to do and explore except the modified old activities. Supercell will need to swing the door open leading to TH11 and this is a must addition.

In introducing TH11, the COC maker will also open up new possibilities that will add texture to the game and keep the millions of Clash of Clans players hooked.

Level 8 Barbarians

As mentioned, TH11 will mean the arrival of more COC upgrades and one that has been extensively teased is Level 8 Barbarians. Supercell dropped a clue on this when a clip of Level 7 Barbarian was shown recently, clearly bearing a level meter that can still be boosted.

And alongside the jump to barbarian level, COC fans can look forward to significantly enhanced hog riders, witches and troops.

New Dark Troop and Spell

With almost all the COC elements getting enhancements, it seems inevitable that the Dark Barracks will produce fresh boots on the ground - a new troop that is optimized for new tasks and operations in TH11. And the Dark Spell Factory is likely to provide a fourth spell, the details of which remain scarce at the moment.

Another Hero

Rumors say a third Hero is joining the King and Queen and this addition is one of the supposed game-changers that Supercell will deliver. No official word yet but some reports indicate that this upcoming hero is distinct from the existing ones as it has the ability to engage in skirmishes while in the process upgrading.

DLC

The craze at the moment is DLC or downloadable contents for games and it's not remote that the Clash of Clans will hop in to the trend. Should Supercell introduce DLC to the game, players will likely be given access to tweak options - new maps, new missions and new characters - that will make for richer gameplay. DLC, no doubt, is a welcome addition to the COC landscape.

Single Player Mode

Regarded as the most interesting COC boost to come, adding a Single Player Mode is definitely a game-changer move from Supercell. Along with new quest and maps, Single Player is a tool for COC gamers to develop their skills and explore the Clans setting before joining in the fray. Having the feature is Supercell embracing the inevitable evolution of its massively popular game title.

Clan War Tournaments

It is expected that the October 24 ClashCon will stage Clan War Tournaments that likely will become a mainstay in succeeding Supercell events. These clashes will allow COC gamers to showcase their skills acquired through years of tussling with other clans. And tourneys like these will make for a more solid COC community, which means an exploding fan base for the game and growing business for Supercell.
