The installments of "Gravity Rush" called "Gravity Rush Remastered" and "Gravity Rush 2" respectively will also be available for Western fans starting next year, a few months after the Japan release.
The Japan Studio of Sony Computer Entertainment also published the official gameplay of "Gravity Rush 2" during the company's press conference at the Paris Games Week as reported by Gematsu.
In the gameplay, players will still be able to fight in normal style from the original game, but there are two various combat styles included such as the Lunar style and Jupiter style. The Lunar combat mode will allow the player to be faster and more agile while the Jupiter style will let the player be heavier and more powerful.
While Sony teased fans and players on the improved features of the upcoming video game, the plot of "Gravity Rush 2" is set to be a direct sequel following the conclusion of the first game "Gravity Rush."
Major character Kat together with partner Raven and police officer Syd, return once again in Hekseville to further explore unusual gravitational waves. The story continues when Kat is devoured by an unexpected potent gravity storm, taking her to isolated mining village and separating the character from her Raven and Syd.
Not only are Kat and Raven partners but both have the ability to manipulate gravity in various ways. At their command, gravity can cause them to reach and soar sky high and beyond while at the same time let them land forcefully back on the ground.
In line with the plot, the video game franchise has been revolving around their story and at the same time allowing players to look into different combat techniques.
The Japanese version "Gravity Rush Remastered" will be launched this Dec. while the Western one will be launched on Feb. 2016 only for PlayStation 4 at $29.99. The pricing and the official release of "Gravity Rush" however, are currently not available as reported by Techno Buffalo.
