Super Junior's Kyuhyun recently made fun of his band mate Siwon's beard. The K-pop star admitted that Siwon had gone through a lot of changes from his old "flower boy" image.
In an interview with KBS TV's Entertainment Weekly, via AllKpop, Kyuhyun joked that he wanted to shave Siwon's beard off, adding that it drove him crazy. He said that his band mate has truly shed off his flower boy image. He encouraged fans to look at Siwon's old photos and see the difference. Kyuhyun added that Siwon still looked handsome but he "exercises too much."
Kyuhyun is not the only Super Junior member who recently poked fun at Siwon. At the press conference for "I Can See Your Voice" season 2, Leeteuk joked that he wanted "She Was Pretty" to end soon, pointing out that it would hurt the ratings of his show.
Leeteuk said that he first realized Siwon's growing popularity when he released his solo album. He pointed out that the latter's song "Only You" is even doing better in the charts than Kyuhyun's.
Leetuk admitted that he was a bit worried with how his show will fare compared to "She Was Pretty" given that the latter recently hit 20% in ratings. He shared that some fans would even re-watch the series.
The Super Junior leader joked that he wanted the characters' love story to progress as soon as possible so that the series would end. He, however, wished that it would end with a happy ending.
"Siwon, I love you," he later added at the end of the interview.
