However, details remain unconfirmed. Meanwhile, a new report suggests that one of the many new characters featuring in the update will be Marvel's well-loved mutant Wolverine.
"Mortal Kombat X" DLC Pack 2 rumours claims that the characters such as Noob Saibot, Baraka, Smoke, Ash William, Neo, Spawn, Alien will be added to the gameplay when its new update is launched. Meanwhile, Venture Capital Post is speculating that the Twitter post containing the image of possible new characters appears to be teasing Wolverine as the new fighter to be launched in the upcoming update. The tweet that led to the rise of a frenzy of speculation was posted by NetherRealm co-creater Ed Boon.
There is a long list of characters that are expected to be included in "Mortal Kombat X" DLC Pack 2. A recent report claimed that the Drahim and Havik are the two out of four characters coming up in the next downloadable content pack for the video game. It must be noted that the studio is yet to make official announcement revealing which new characters will be introduced in the second round of updates.
Meanwhile, "Friday The 13th's" Jason Vorhees is now a playable character on "Mortal Kombat X." According to the Touch Arcade, Jason has two types-Slasher Jason and Unstoppable Jason. Slasher is available in limited packs, while Unstoppable can be earned through Challenge Mode.
In addition to four new fighters, "Mortal Kombat X" DLC Pack 2 is expected to give new look to the gameplay with skins and environments to the game. The official release date for the next update is yet to be announced. However, some media outlets suggest that the new pack is expected to come out in the first half of 2016, others claim it could be unveiled in April 2016.
