Halloween celebration continues on "American Horror Story: Hotel" (AHS) Season 5 with Episode 5 titled "Room Service." The show follows what happens after the annual Devil's Night Dinner that was attended by John Lowe and some most dangerous serial killers. In Episode 4 "Devil's Night," Alex finally confronted Countess Elizabeth after taking her son Holden home for diagnose. Countess offered Alex to become a vampire and spend infinity with her son. After much reluctance, Alex agrees.
Episode 5 "Room Service" will pick up from where "American Horror Story: Hotel" (AHS) Season 5 left off. It will see what happens after Alex's transformation.
A promo video for the upcoming segment teases what happens in Episode 05X05. It shows Alex back in the hospital attending to her patients, but she looks pale and thirsty.
Her patient's condition deteriorates. "They asked me to sign a DNR. Please tell me that we're not there yet," patient's mother tells Alex.
According to the synopsis (via Spoiler TV) for Episode 5 of "American Horror Story: Hotel" (AHS) Season 5 Episode 5, Alex is back at work and she uses "unconventional" method of treatment for her patient who is on the verge of dying. Will Alex be able to save her patient especially when her thirst overpowers her?
Meanwhile, an army of armed men find their way inside the hotel. "We strip those walls down if we have to. The truth is in there," John Lowe yells in the promo.
At the same time, Ramona Royale and her son Donovan initiate their plan to take down the Countess of Hotel Cortez. They approach Iris to help them in their mission. Scroll down to watch the promo video.
Further, fans can expect to meet new arrivals checking-in Hotel Cortez in an attempt to avoid trick-or-treating. As revealed by Ryan Murphy in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the second part of Halloween special will bring Darren Criss' character, a young "hipster," with his girlfriend to the spooky hotel.
