There are rumors that OS X EI Capitan may be released by Black Friday 2015 along with Apple MacBook Pro 2016 or Apple MacBook Air 2016.
According to Fierce CIO, the beta update for OS X 10.11 EI Capitan which was released last week was pretty successful. The users who took part in this beta testing were able to fix the recurring crash issue, according to Mac Rumors.
Owners of Mac machines who are using Microsoft Office 2016 are facing the issue of app instability which in turn results in the entire Microsoft Office suit to crash at times.
Majority of these crash reports involve the Microsoft Outlook app, but users also reported many cases with Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Sometimes these apps crash together with the Microsoft Outlook app.
Earlier reports suggested that Microsoft is currently working on the fix of this problem for the Apple device owners. They did release the Microsoft Office 2016, but it failed to address this crash issue.
What it did add was enhanced security fixes, stability improvements, and many new add on features to the Microsoft Suite. The OS X EI Capitan will specifically target the stability issue and prevent the apps from getting crashed.
There is another working theory in this regard which states that the problem might lie in the Apple hardware rather than the Microsoft software. It was pointed out that the Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac worked without any issues on the beta versions of OS X EI Capitan but it failed for the golden master.
