"Pokemon Z" and "Pokemon GO" might hit the market next year.
According to Movie Pilot, "Pokemon GO" was set to be released on Feb. 27, 2016. The information was part of rumors caused by YouTube videos that ad surfaced online, as per the publication. It was also believed that the alleged release date was in line with the 20th anniversary of "Pokemon Red" and "Pokemon Green" versions for the original Nintendo Gameboy.
"Pokemon Z" version is slated to be released "sometime in 2016," as per previous reports. The game is set to center on Zygarde, the dragon ground legendary Pokemon in Kalos counterpart of Xerneas and Yveltal in "Pokemon X" and "Pokemon Y," respectively.
At this point, fans already know that Zygarde has multiple forms and the one fans have acquainted with is not its final form.
Zygarde's development starts with the Zygarde Cell, which does not have thought processes and moves; the Zygarde Core, which is aware of itself and has the ability to communicate with other Cores using telepathy; Zygarde 10% Forme, which resembles a dog and is capable of traveling more than 60 miles per hour; Zygarde 50% Forme, the forme that people know; and Zygarde Complete Forme, which is more powerful than Zerneas and Yveltal.
According to Movie News Guide, "Pokemon Z" will reportedly feature Dark Mewtwo, a new incarnation besides its Mega Evolutions in "Pokemon X" and "Pokemon Y." While a third Mega Evolution for the psychic type genetic Pokemon is assumed to be thrilling for fans, no information has been revealed about its appearance, types, and abilities.
Along with "Pokemon Z" and "Pokemon GO," fans are also speculating additional "Pokemon" games, such as a new "Pokemon Stadium" game, as well as a new version of "Pokemon Snap" for Wii U.
