The game developer Supercell said that there are 'quality-of-life changes' coming to the Clash of Clans, with the aim of enhancing the experience of players.
According to a Touch Arcade report, there will be changes in the Shields, including a new 'Village Guard' concept. In addition, high-level trophy calculations, league bonuses, multiplayer matchmaking, Session timers and the Personal Break will be changed.

Furthermore, Clash of Clans developer has announced that there will be a two-week sneak peek schedule to start on the week of November 23. Town Hall 11, Shields - Part 1: Defending and Attacking, Shields - Part 2: Personal Breaks and Village Guard, League Bonuses, Trophy Offers, Matchmaking are some of the planned topics.
One of the new structures that will be included in the update is gem mine, Android Origin reported. The gem mine will likely generate a small amount of gems. However, it can be very useful in the long-time.
Reports also suggest that the Clash of Clans developer has promised to enable loot sharing. It appears that the new defensive structure will have 4×4 squares and will look like an eagle. Also, the map will be expanded to 44×44 squares. This will give sufficient space to the gamers for maneuvering.
