"The 100" series creator Jason Rothenberg recently dropped spoilers on what fans can expect come season 3. Although the release date of The CW series has yet to be confirmed, the showrunner revealed that the premiere may feature some Bellarke or Clexa scenes.
Early this week, Rothenberg tweeted that they just added a ghost story that will take place in Brazil space station in the third season. He added that it will be a "very scary" episode.
Season 3 will reportedly pick up months after the season 2 finale, "Blood Must Have Blood: Part 2."
Meanwhile, Rothenberg also answered fan questions about Bellarke. A follower wondered what the showrunner thought of the relationship development between the two, to which he replied, "Amazing."
Rothenberg said that Bellamy and Clarke's relationship dynamic has definitely grew over the past seasons.
"From him wanting to cut off her hand, to being partners, to where they are in S3 is an amazing journey," he shared.
Meanwhile, in an interview with NY Castings, supervising producer Aaron Ginsburg explained that fans of "The 100" may have to wait a while before Bellarke or Clexa will eventually happen.
Ginsburg explained that although they see the connection between the actors, these things take time. He added that they spend hours discussing what will happen in an episode, saying that their decisions are mostly based on what they thought would move the story forward.
Ginsburg said that although they love the fans, they do not make decisions solely on what the viewers want to see. He, however, assured them that if they went along for the ride, they would not be disappointed.
