Following the success of the manga anime series, "Boruto: Naruto the Movie," creator Masashi Kishimoto unveiled that a new spin-off storyline is likely happening. The story will focus on the relationship of Naruto and Sasuke, told through the eye of Naruto's mentor, Sannin Jiraiya.
The Naruto story just concluded and now Kishimoto said that he has no definite plans for the series yet. However, he assured fans that a spin-off movie could happen soon.
According to iSchool Guide, the manga genius said, "There are infinite possibilities right now. If I decide that I want to do more 'Naruto' stories, perhaps I will, perhaps I won't. That said, there is nothing firmly in the works at this time. Just that there is always the possibility."
According to Youth Health Magazine, the Naruto series has gone a long way since its inception in 1997, and has ever since become one of the most popular series globally.
The manga anime creator expressed his excitement with regard to the breakthrough associated with the concluded series.
Kishimoto said, "Not in terms of a commercial success but to complete the story I had envisioned. That is one of the things I'm most proud of. And I had absolutely no idea that it would ever be a success, much less a success of the level of what it is now."
Kishimoto acknowledged that he has an idea for his next project, but he was categorical that he wants to take a long vacation in Hawaii at the moment so that he can have some time with his family.
At the moment, Naruto avid fans will have to be patient to get a confirmation from Kishimoto concerning the "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" spin-off.
