"Fifty Shades Darker" fans couldn't contain their excitement upon hearing what Jamie Dornan had to say about reprising his role as Christian Grey.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Dornan said, "I'm looking forward to embodying Christian again - and getting a chance to show more of him."
Meanwhile, fans started speculating that Dornan will show off more skin in the upcoming sequel.
In a recent interview with Elle, Johnson said that she's willing to do everything in the movie because she doesn't want to hold back.
"I don't have any problem doing anything. The secret is I have no shame," she said.
Fans now believe that Dornan and Johnson are on the same page when it comes to making their fans happy.
Since E.L. James' trilogy chronicled Christian and Anastasia Steele's steamy sex life, they are expecting to see the same thing in the movie.
In other news, it was recently revealed that Dornan's wife Amelia Warner's second pregnancy hasn't been confirmed yet.
With this, it's possible that Dornan wouldn't leave the set of "Fifty Shades Darker" when they begin filming.
"Fifty Shades Darker" will also introduce three new characters, namely, Mrs. Robinson, Leila Williams and Jack Hyde.
Each of these characters will play an important role in the lives of both Christian and Anastasia.
As of late, James, director James Foley, screenwriter Niall Leonard, and the rest of the "Fifty Shades" team are still searching for a casting director to join their pool.
Once this is settled, fans can expect to hear updates regarding the film's casting.
"Fifty Shades Darker" will be released on Feb. 10, 2017.
