"Shahs of Sunset" star Reza Farahan showed his support to co-star Mike Shouhed following his divorce with Jessica Parido.
"Everybody makes mistakes, the true character of a person shows when you apply that knowledge moving forward!" he posted on Instagram.
According to Us Weekly, Parido filed for divorce after she caught him cheating on her. It was said that the reality star found a text message on his cellphone.
Shouhed immediately came clean and apologized. Insiders said that he even begged her, went down on his hands and knees. She, however, refused to give him another chance. The source added that Shouhed still loves Parido and is still hoping that they will be able to work things out.
He's begged for her back on hands and knees," the rep shared. "He's offered his heartfelt apology to her. He loves Jessica and always will."
Although fans were heartbroken to hear the news, some held that Parido was too good for Shouhed. They pointed out that he is still too immature to be getting in a serious relationship, let alone a marriage. They speculated that he has been cheating on her even before they got married.
One commenter even recalled Farahan saying that the two's marriage will only last a year or so.
"Well, you called it @rezafarahan. You said they'd be divorced in a year or so and here ya go. What a waste of time and money. Sad for Jess as she never deserved being cheated on constantly and being blinded by her obsession to be married/be a wife," exoticprincessxo wrote.
On the other hand, some fans of "Shahs of Sunset" speculated that this is just nothing but a publicity stunt to promote season 5.
