The game developer company Bethesda has released the second beta update for "Fallout 4" on PC, but Xbox One and PS4 players will have to be patient for the official information from Bethesda.

The popular open-world game has been well received by avid fans and critics after its release last month; however, both console and PC gamers have reported a number of bugs and glitches, according to Express.

The game developer company already unveiled the first beta update through Steam, which went live last week, and Bethesda currently has made version 1.2.3.7 available for players to download. It is speculated that Bethesda would like to try their patches on PC first before they can create a full update for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One users. However, there is not confirmation as to when the trial will happen.

A number of changes have already been implemented on the back of last week's beta update. The updates included:

  1. Overall memory and stability advancements
  2. Performance improvements inside the Corvega Assembly Plant
  3. Fixed problems with gamer becoming stuck in terminals

Bethesda has already unveiled some information to guide those players that would like to try out the latest patch on their PC. Here are the steps that should be followed:

  1. Log into Steam
  2. Right Click on Fallout 4 in your Library
  3. Select settings
  4. Select Betas
  5. A drop down menu will appear in which case a player should select beta update
  6. Click OK
  7. Wait a few minutes and Fallout 4 should update.
  8. When through, Fallout 4 should appear as beta in your Library
