HBO has recently released the first trailer for "Game of Thrones" season 6, which further teases on the fate of John Snow (Kit Harrington).
While the 40-second trailer unveiled on Dec. 3 did not preview anything concerning the upcoming season, it showed death, according to Master Herald.
The trailer featured a collection of the show's most atrocious scenes like the Red Wedding, Arya's blinding, Jamie's amputation, Ned Stark's beheading, and John Snow's death.
The clip as well has shots of the Khaleesi next to one of her dragons, Littlefinger kissing Sansa Stark, a White Walker caressing, and the three-eyed Raven just perching. The video clip was narrated by two notable voices - the three-eyed Raven (Max von Sydow) and Bran Stark who was initially sidelined in the entire season 5.
The teaser ends with Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright) saying "they have no idea what's going to happen." Seemingly, the deaths revealed in the teaser are all revelations of the paralyzed Bran. Before the end of the teaser, Bran's eyes turn white in a revelation.
While the youngest Stark has not been seen since the fourth season, he comes back in Westeros in the sixth season under the guidance of the three-eyed Raven.
The publishing company initially teased the next season by unveiling the first official poster for season 6, which showed Snow's face with blood oozing from his nose.
Ned Stark's illegitimate son was definitely central to the trailer and although there is no clear response about his fate, viewers suggest that HBO publicizing the mystery is only an indication that the fan-favorite character is still alive.
However, in season 5 shocking finale, Harrington claimed that his character is very much dead. Season 5 titled "Mother's Mercy" showed Snow stabbed to death by Alliser Thorne and some men of the Night's Watch after being perceived as a traitor. Amid claims that Snow is already dead, the 28-year-old actor has since been seen on the Belfast set with crew members.
