"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will likely have possible cameo appearances from both Darkseid and The Flash, as well as the death of Superman at the hands of Doomsday in the film.
Warner Bros. showcased the second trailer for "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" in a recent episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" last week and has made its way in the internet. The trailer features the epic confrontation between Bruce Wayne/Batman (Ben Affleck) and Clark Kent/Superman (Henry Cavill), as well as the appearance of Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot). It also introduce Doomsday as the second villain in the film and it is created by Lex Luthor using the corps of General Zod (Michael Shannon).
But what makes the trailer interesting is that many fans have noticed flying humanoids during the desert scene in which Batman was captured by the Superman soldiers, but were attacked by them. Several fans speculated that these flying humanoids are the Parademons, the alien foot soldiers of the DC villain Darkseid and thus will likely have his presence known within the film, Cinemablend reported.
Darkseid was hinted to be the main villain in the live-action "Justice League" film on Nov. 17, 2017 and will likely follow the New 52 comic book storyline, since that is how the new version of the Justice League origin was formed.
Aside from Darkseid, the fastest man alive and future member of the Justice League Barry Allen/The Flash (Ezra Miller) is also rumored to have a cameo in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice". Costume designer Michael Wilkenson hinted that audiences will get a glimpse of The Flash during the movie and has been designing costume plans for Miller's version of the character.
The Flash's scene in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will have him stopping some armed robbers in a store and will be captured using a CCTV camera.
In other news, there have been rumors making rounds that Superman will likely "die" during their in encounter with Doomsday in the film.
Doomsday in the film will likely be an unstoppable force it will take Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman to fight it before he destroys Metropolis. Doomsday will likely adapt to every attack that the heroes dish out making him almost unbeatable. Fans theorized that Superman will likely stand toe-to-toe with Doomsday, but will eventually be overpowered. The result of the battle will like have both combatants down and will result in Superman's death similar to the comics, Moviepilot reported.
However, several fans have dismiss the Superman death theory since it will "unlikely" happen in the film and that some of the debated that the creature is not Doomsday, but Wraith another Kryptonian clone monster of Superman in the New 52.
"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be release in cinemas on March 25, 2016.
