A blonde 25-year-old model from Tbilisi, Georgia, who speaks six languages, is the 749th and last nude centerfold of iconic Playboy magazine. Kristy Garett makes history as the last nude centerfold of Playboy for its January/February 2015 double issue where Pamela Anderson serves as the cover girl.
The change, announced in October, is part of the magazine's response to the changing times since men no longer find the need to buy a Playboy to see naked women because the internet offers not only still images but triple X movies for free. Beginning March, Playboy would no longer publish nude images of women.
Playboy CEO Scott Flanders points out to The New York Times, "You're now one click away from every sex act imaginable for free. And so it's just passé at this juncture."
Garett has done fashion shows in different countries and has been featured in GQ Italy, Cosmopolitan Italy and Grazia France where she was a cover girl, reports People.
She's proud to be Playboy's Miss February 2016, saying, "Playboy has a classic American story, and I want to be a part of it."
The model adds, "The lifestyle here, where you're free to express yourself, is my type of life. I am proud of the woman I am and I have always dreamed of being talked about because of that."
Garett grew up in southern Russia. She was born on Feb. 13, 1990, stands 5' 7" and weighs 114 lb. She has green eyes and an enviable 23 1/2-inch waistline, matched with a 32B bust.
