Motorola has released a list of their devices to which Android 6.0 Marshmallow is to be updated, with the Moto G 3 becoming the first one to receive the Marshmallow update.
After Google Nexus being among the first to get the Marshmallow 6.0, news is that other companies have been following the trend in getting their devices updated with Android 6.0. Manufacturers are in a race to deliver its users the said update after Google confirmed that Android 6.0 Marshmallow is due for release early next week.
Having suffered a setback with Android 5.1 Lollipop because of some fixes, Motorola is all set to experience a smooth transition with the Marshmallow 6.0 to a number of its devices, going by the list of updates published by them. With the Marshmallow 6.0 rolling out and being updated to tablets, phones and other gadgets in the market, Motorola is gearing up with a long list of their devices scheduled for the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update.
Included in the list are Moto X 2014 and 2015, 2nd and 3rd generation of the Moto G, keeping to their assurances that Moto G3 will be getting the Android 6.0 very soon. Motorola also has plans of updating the Android 6.0 to a number of their old devices.
According to reliable sources, Motorola is yet to declare the dates of their updating venture, and has advised their users to check on periodical updates and to ensure that their devices meet the minimum requirements in order to get the Android 6.0.
