Video game developer Harmonix has at last fixed all technical and legal issues it was holding for "Rock Band 3" imports.
The "Rock Band 3" import feature is now working on PlayStation 4, while for Xbox One consoles, it is anticipated to hit really soon. The only issue now is how to do that? Gratefully, the developer has provided a long list of guides to follow, which are fast and easy. It has been gathered altogether to know how to transfer songs from "Rock Band 3" to "Rock Band 4."
First, you need to own an actual or digital copy of "Rock Band 3." The developer has provided an automated process to determine if you already have the game or not. The process though still needs to be determined in time. If you have the game which doesn't register, you will have to reach Harmonix to sort things out. You also need to figure out if you had played the game previously, but no longer own it. Regrettably, you have to verify by yourself if it has been registered. Certainly, you must have "Rock Band 3" on Xbox 360 to import to Xbox One and PS3 for PS4 imports.
To continue the process, you need to download "Rock Band 4" to begin. If you are using Xbox One or PlayStation 4, you need to choose the option to "Get More Songs," so you can view the "Exports" options. To view "Rock Band 3," you need to select this option, and opt for RB3 Disc Export Pack. Follow the purchase process to obtain all 83 songs from "Rock Band 3" added to your account.
For those with Xbox One and PS4, you need to follow the same process so it's good to go.
"Rock Band 4" is now available for PS4 in the United States and should come shortly for Xbox One. Europe just recently, around Dec. 14, got the imported tracks from "RB3" to "RB4.".
