Apple is to put on hold its live-TV subscription service.
The "on hold" plan is due to its difficulty of dealing with negotiations with some companies which are seeking for additional money, according to Bloomberg.
Les Moonves, CBS's chief executive, said that Apple is halt in its subscription offer.
Matching with the new Apple TV release, the subscription services was to cost $30 up to $40 monthly with offers from cable channels including ABC, CBS and FOX., Mashable reported.
However, there is a difficulty of dealing negotiations between Apple and NBC. Furthermore, the desire of Apple to include local TV channels added difficulty as this service then requires additional dealings and negotiations between Apple and the local stations, the report said.
In addition, Moonves said that Apple "pressed the hold button" as there were conversations and negotiations between the two parties, the report added. This message was told in IGNITION conference.
This live-TV subscription of Apple is to be the flagship feature of fourth-generation Apple TV, BGR reported. However, the "hold on" involving pricing issues and disagreement makes it difficult for the company to execute the game-changer feature, the report added.
The cable-killing service of Apple could change the television world as users can subscribe live-TV at their fingertips, but the continues issues and disagreement makes it difficult for both parties to manage arrangements, the report added.
