New "Suicide Squad" details will feature a new synopsis, Deadshot appearing in a new Batman film and Lex Luthor being Joker's secret ally.
A new film synopsis for "Suicide Squad" has been released as the new plot details may reveal that the super villain team's fate in the movie. The new synopsis were found on several DC collectibles as the word's most dangerous criminals and super villains are tasked to do a off-the-books black ops mission to stop an enigmatic and insuperable entity.
The team is lead under the command of United States Intelligence officer Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) this rag-tag team will complete their mission whether they wanted to or not. However, the team soon find out they were not picked to succeed in the mission and are picked only to get killed, it is uo to them if they stick together as unit or die trying, ComicBook reported.
Aside from the new film synopsis, a new theory for the "Suicide Squad" movie hinted that "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" villain Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) will make an appearance as The Joker's (Jared Leto) secret ally as the latter promised the Clown Prince of Crime to help him kill Batman (Ben Affleck), Moviepilot reported.
Although the theory did not state that Luthor will be involve directly, Joker in the film will be aided by a powerful ally and he will likely play along until he gets what he wants. Directed David Ayer tweeted before a photo of Eisenberg training with his head shaved bald indicating the said possible cameo in "Suicide Squad" film.
Lastly, Deadshot (Will Smith) is rumored to added in the new Batman film for the DC Extended Universe as the marksman will is said to appear in various DC projects. Deadshot's participation in the Batman solo film will depict him as a "major player" and it is compared to a “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly” scenario.
The new Batman film will also feature the Joker and the Red Hood as the film could likely be a combination of "A Death in the Family" and "Under the Hood" comic book storyline revealing certain events of Jason Todd being killed and resurrected,thus exploring further the dark and troubled history of the three.
"Suicide Squad" will launch in cinemas on Aug. 5, 2016.
