Two teams who are eliminated from playoff contention, Miami Dolphins (5-8) and San Diego Chargers (3-10), face each other at the Qualcomm Stadium on December 20th, Sunday for a no-bearing Week 15 game in the 2015 NFL season.
Miami fell to the New York Giants, 31-24, in a hard-fought match at the Sun Life Stadium on Monday night, as reported by SB Nation.
Quarterback Ryan Tannehill had a decent night, passing 25-of-41 for 236 yards, one touchdown, no interceptions, and one sack, but still the Dolphins could not pull off the home victory to deny them the chance of entering the postseason.
Meanwhile, San Diego continued with their dismal season, registering their 10th loss via an embarrassing 10-3 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs at the Arrowhead Stadium last Sunday, as per Fox Sports.
Signal caller Philip Rivers was abysmal, throwing a terrible 24-of-43 for 263 yards no touchdowns, one interception, and five sacks on the way to the ugly defeat.
Basically playing for the fans, the Dolphins pull one off against the Chargers in a low-scoring match.
Prediction: Dolphins win, 17-14.
