Kim Kardashian recently revealed that since giving birth to her second child Saint West, she already got rid 17 pounds of her baby weight, which is really fast since she just gave birth two weeks ago.
Kardashian disclosed that at the peak of her pregnancy, she tipped the scales at 190 pounds and seeing the weight gained, she "almost died." She further said that her aim is to get back to her svelte figure by working out to go down the 120-pound mark.
The 35-year-old reality star listed breastfeeding and indulging in healthy diet as her secrets. The #KUWTK star also admitted to taking placenta capsules to lose weight as well as help her with postpartum depression.
The placenta mentioned is actually her own. After giving birth to Saint West, she ordered for her placenta to be turned into pills.
"So, I'm really not this holistic person or someone who would have ever considered eating my placenta," Kardashian wrote on her official webpage.
She added, "And when I say 'eat my placenta,' I mean that I'm having it freeze-dried and made into a pill form-not actually fry it like a steak and eat it (which some people do, BTW)."
Kardashian already lost a great deal of extra weight in just 10 days, but she claims she's taking her time and will stick to healthier methods to achieve her ideal weight, Times Live has learned.
"This feels like a really hard recovery but we will get through it. Everyone does it," she ended.
