"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" star Amy Adams used to be a Hooters waitress before becoming a Golden Globes winner.
In her interview with the Entertainment Tonight, she revealed that back when she was still 18 years old, she has also donned the very famous low-cut top and orange very short shorts of Hooters, which Chris Rock once described as an unrefined yet tacky.
Amy revealed this to Nancy O'Dell, an ET reporter, during her red carpet arrival at the Golden Globes. She told the reporter, "It was such a great job after high school. I was a first a hostess, then for a while, I waited tables- all that was great. That time, that was the best way for me to save for college."
When she was further asked if it occurred to her that she would be a multi-awarded actress from being a Hooters waitress, Adam's response was candid, saying "It never did. I was not big on dreams. Back then, I did not know what career to venture into. All I have ever wanted was to become a dancer, I am just so fortunate to have achieved so much."
This is not the first time that the redhead Golden Globes winner has talked about this. In 2008, Adams shared to Vanity Fair, "I quickly learned that bee and very short shorts aren't a good mix. Most of all, I was able to realize that a nice guy walking in isn't necessarily the nicest after consuming two pitchers of beer."
On Golden Globes' red carpet, the actress wore a pale blue Versace gown- a far cry from her great Hooters days.
