One must know that Chinese manufacturer Lenovo is best known in the western hemisphere among others. The company is about to expand its device offering by launching a successor to the K3 Note. Most importantly, the new device is expected to be released first in India, as was hinted in a teaser maintained by the company. The new device is dubbed the K4 Note.
K4 Note's official teaser came out on Twitter account maintained by its Indian counterpart, which got the label "killer note marked the dawn of a new age." As per GSM Arena, the real name of the upcoming phablet remains unclear in the teaser featured on Twitter, but it was acknowledged that the device being mentioned is the K4 Note.
The K3 Note was officially launched this year with a 5.5-inch screen display featuring 1080 x 1920P resolution. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6752 chipset coupled with 3GB RAM and octa-core CPU. It offers an expandable storage, and is noted to have a plastic body.
However, many anticipate that the K4 Note will have a fingerprint scanner, which is a standard feature on many of the devices nowadays. Fingerprint scanners simply unlock handsets and authenticate payments made through mobile payment systems. Even budget-friendly or cost-efficient devices like Redmi Note 3 offer fingerprint scanners, with a price of $140 unlocked. So it will not be surprising if the K4 Note will have one.
There isn't much said about K4 Note's hardware, but is expected to be better than its predecessors. The new phablet is expected to have a 5.5-inch display, metal body, and should cost reasonably. Rumors or speculations point out that the launch of the new handset is on January 2016.
