The United Kingdom-based mobile game publisher Chillingo recently revealed on their website that they releasing their newest game "Raids of Glory." The game closely resembles the best-selling "Clash of Clans" game with a twist of piracy.
"Raids of Glory" will be an action strategy game wherein players will be allowed to create their own empire and train armies of pirates in order to defend their camp or unleash havoc on the stronghold of other players, according to Chillingo.
Additionally, players will be allowed to lead raiding teams to plunder computer controlled strongholds or team up with friends and create a massive tournament.
During the course of the game players has access to different resources like gold and rum, these resources can be acquired by sending raiding parties on enemy camps or building structures that produces a specific resource. These resources can be used to train different units, organize defense structures, build buildings to increase storage capacity and upgrade buildings in order to unlock new technology.
Aside from the single player mode wherein players can play against computer-controlled camps, a multiplayer mode is also added in order to expand the games interconnectivity. Players can build various buildings to unlock features like global chat, PVP battles and access to daily missions. Upon completing different tasks players earn premium currency which can then be used decrease building and training time or purchase resources.
"Raids of Glory" can now be downloaded for free in Apple's iTunes App Store. In-game purchases allow players to purchase premium currency and other premium services.
