The LG V10 is selling well in the United States especially with its unique features. It has become a moderate hit due to its dual front facing cameras and dual screens. Meanwhile, the metal bodied Redmi Note 3 has come to challenge this smartphone. Here are reasons to compare the two handsets:
Design
As per GSMArena, it reports that the Redmi Note 3 has an improved design of full metal body in comparison to its predecessor. The fingerprint scanner is at the rear of the handset. It offers three color options such as gold, silver and gray.
The LG V10 comes with a metal frame with a textured silicone on its back panel. At the rear is its fingerprint scanner with a second screen positioned over the main screen. The smaller screen is always on and displays icons for quick access to apps, contacts and calendar. It has five color options such as two shades of blue, black, white and beige.
Display
The Redmi Note 3 offers a 5.5-inches LCD screen with 1080x1920P resolution and 403PPI density. The LCD version of the LG V10 is packed with 5.7-inches with 1440x2560P resolution, and 515PPI density. The smaller screen is about 2.1-inches with 160x1040P resolution.
Memory
LG V10 has better advantage in terms of memory slot supporting up to 200GB external storage and 4GB RAM. Redmi Note 3 offers for its 16GB version 2GB RAM and its 32GB version with 3GB RAM. However, it has no memory slot.
Camera
The LG V10 includes two 5MP cameras in front for selfies, while the rear version offers 16MP shooter with OIS. Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 3 includes 13MP camera at its rear and 5MP version in front.
Price
Redmi Note 3 offers a better price tag of $140 with no contract, while LG V10 is tagged at $672 with no contract.
