The 28-year-old Brazilian is said to be arranged on earning €6 million annually in addition to €2 million in "performance-related bonuses".

Adriano was just acquired by Milan in July of last year from Ukrainian club FC Shakhtar Donetsk for a transfer fee of €8 million and was given a five-year contract.

The Porto Alegre, Brazil native suited up for the Miners for nine seasons as one of the best young scorers at that time, appearing in 266 games and scoring 128 goals.

However, his reputation did not follow him in Italy as he played a total of 19 games in all competitions during the 2015-2016 season for I Rossoneri, but only scoring five times all in all.

Rumors of a fallout between Adriano and Milan have surfaced in the past weeks, especially when Casciavit head coach Siniša Mihajlović recently confirmed that he will not suit up for the team in the Coppa Italia quarterfinal match against Carpi on Wednesday, as per Goal.

AC Milan's subscription-based channel, Milan Channel, recently announced that "Luiz Adriano is not in the squad for Milan-Carpi because he is at the center of transfer negotiations."

Jiangsu Suning FC, formerly known as Jiangsu Guoxin-Sainty FC, finished last season at ninth place in the CSL and is keen on improving their record this year.

The Nanjing, Jiangsu residents have just missed on acquiring Sampdoria striker Eder last week as the Brazil-born Italian footballer turned down an offer worth more than €4 million per year.
