This episode is titled "To Zunou! You should ask where to find the last Super Dragon Ball!" courtesy Gojiitaaf.
The preview trailer revolves around Bulma and Jaco getting ready to fly to Zunou's planet to look for answers about the Super Dragon Ball.
The video shows few shots of Zunou and it ends with Jaco smooching Zunou.

"Dragon Ball Super" chapter 7 is the basis of episode 31 of the television anime. The manga chapter starts off with Bulma and Jaco in the spaceship to meet Zunuo.
Bulma asks Zunou about the Super Dragon Balls.
"By collecting all seven of these balls that exist across both of these universes and reciting the God's incantation, "Come forth, Dragon God and pretty please gimme a wish!" The Dragon God will appear and Grant you one single wish. Once granting the wish, they will once again scatter off across both universes, laying in wait for those who have yet to have their dreams grants to find and collect," Zunou tells Bulma.
"Colloquially referred to as the wish Balls created in the year 41 of our God Calendar by the Dragon God Zarma. They have a diameter of 37,196.2204 kilometres and are perfect spheres, the sixth and seventh universes together have seven Super Dragon Balls. Seven light yellow balls bearing red five-pointed star marks numbered one through seven. These red, five-pointed star marks are special in that no matter what angle you view the ball from, you will still see these marks to be stars. In the year 42 of God Calendar, Zarma acquired a special patent for his original design."
