"CSI: Cyber" recently tapped talk show host Kelly Osbourne for a guest-starring role.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Osbourne revealed that she will play the role of an Internet assassin named Stella.
"I play Stella, who is an Internet assassin. It's really been fun and educational because I am not technologically savvy - at all," she said.
"She's the angel of digital death. The method of Stella's madness is that she kills people digitally. She doesn't actually physically murder anybody," Osbourne added.
Meanwhile, the publication revealed that Stella's style is she can hack into a person's personal records like bank accounts and even file for a death certificate.
Osbourne said that she's very happy to have been tapped to join the show because she's a huge fan of "CSI."
"I'm an avid fan of anything CSI. And sometimes when you watch the episodes you can see where it's going, but in this episode, you really don't know where it's going," she said.
In other news, the upcoming episode of "CSI: Cyber" will also see the team taking on a new mission.
According to TV Guide, "The Walking Dead" will see the team seeking the help of Stella for their new mission.
Stella will be tasked to track down a hacker who digitally killed her ex-husband Andrew (Brent Sexton).
Following their divorce, the estranged couple didn't have a lot of opportunities to communicate with each other.
The synopsis for episode 13 also revealed that Avery will receive a letter saying that Andrew is dead.
However, when Avery checks up on him, she will be surprised to find out that he's actually still alive.
As it turns out, the mysterious hacker stole Andrew's identity and pronounced him as dead. Avery will make sure that she will get to the bottom of the digital crime.
Unfortunately, the team's newest task will not come very easy for them. Everyone will be faced with new challenges and struggles the could risk their lives.
Other "The Walking Dead" guest stars include Kyle Schmid as Reaper, Krizia Bajos as prosecutor Shaw and Jeff Bowser as customs agent.
"CSI:Cyber" season 2, episode 13 will air on Sunday at 10 p.m. ET on CBS.
