Leatherman, a company best known for producing multi-tools and knives, is breaking from its usual brand by producing a wearable version of its multi-tool product. Called the Tread, the new product includes 25 different usable features and a very ingenious design made for professionals on the go.

The Tread can be worn as a bracelet and it features fully customizable slotted fasteners that can be easily disassembled and putting the pieces back together takes no time at all. The bracelet links can be rearranged in order to adjust its size in order to provide best maximum comfort.

The Tread's clasp is also fully functional and it features a bottle opener integrated with a No. 2 square drive. Among the tools available to be installed on the Tread are screwdrivers, box wrenches, cutting hook, glass breaker and hex drivers among others, according to SMN Weekly.

The tools that come in with the Tread are made of metal-injected molded 17-4 stainless steel which means that it will not bend or snap even under excessive stress. The bracelet can also pass through security checkpoints without getting detected.

The Tread also comes in with a timepiece which can be installed on the bracelet essentially turning it into a watch. The design was made by Leatherman and was specially manufactured in Switzerland. The watch operates using quartz movement and features a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass which will be available on the fall of 2015, according to Wired.

Leatherman will release the Tread sometime in April or May.

Pricing will be $150 for the stainless steel variant and the black diamond-like carbon finish will have a price tag of $200. The Tread that comes in with a watch will be released for $500 for the stainless steel variant and $600 for the diamond-link carbon variant.
