Surprise league leaders Leicester City FC (16-3-8, 56 points) is set to take on the challenge of surging squad West Bromwich Albion FC (9-10-8, 35 points) in a 2015-2016 Premier League season game at their home field of King Power Stadium on Tuesday, March 1st.

Both teams are coming off close and much-needed victories during their last games and will look to string a couple of wins to further improve their separate causes in the current league table.

Leicester City managed to bounce back from their sorry 1-2 loss to powerhouse team Arsenal FC on Feb.14th as they nipped newly-promoted squad Norwich City, 1-0, also at their home field last Saturday, as per SkySports.

Substitute striker Leonardo Ulloa spelled for starting forward Shinji Okazaki late in the match to score the winner right at the 89th off a magnificent cross from midfielder Marc Albrighton to secure the dramatic win for the Foxes, who needed the win to ensure that they will stay on top of the overall standings.

The Canaries, who are also seeking victories to avoid bottom-three relegation, came up with nothing after 89 minutes of keeping at par with the league leaders.

The Foxes are still two points clear off second-running Tottenham Hotspur, who also won their matchday 27 game against Swansea City, 2-1.

Meanwhile, West Brom pulled off a tight 3-2 victory over Crystal Palace last Saturday at the Hawthorns for their second consecutive win, as reported by BBC Sport.

The Baggies raced to an early 3-0 lead as midfielder Craig Gardner, defender Craig Dawson, and striker Saido Berahino each scored a goal in the first half, at the 12th, 20th, and 31st minutes respectively.

Palace tried to mount a stirring comeback in the second half, but they came up short, having netted only two goals courtesy of a double from forward Connor Wickham at the 48th and 80th.

It was West Brom's second win in as many games after going winless in their last five matches.

The predicted result is a 3-1 romp for Leicester City. The Foxes halt the Throstles winning run as they establish themselves firmly on top.
