Emily Maynard, "The Bachelorette" season 9 alum from 2012, is pregnant again. The 30-year-old, who is already a mother of seven-month-old baby alongside a 10-year-old girl announced on March 1, Tuesday, that she and husband Tyler Johnson are expecting their second child.
The reality TV personality dished out to E! News about her third pregnancy by saying that she did not expect it and was very surprised.
"I am so excited. We were surprised," said the blonde beauty who became popular for the hair and features of a life-sized Barbie. "Right after Jennings was born, I was like I can't wait to do this again. We just didn't think it would happen so quickly, but we're really excited."
The former Bachelorette also revealed that she is experiencing whole day sickness this time. She also said that food craving has not kicked in while when she was pregnant with her second child, she used to eat quite a lot, especially hot wings.
Maynard has also released a tell-all book, "I Said Yes: My Story of Heartbreak, Redemption and True Love," wherein she has opened up about her teenage years, during which she battled depression and even contemplated suicide, Us Magazine reported.
The blonde beauty mentioned in the book how she was sent to a boarding school after being bullied in high school. However, she continued to suffer from loneliness and depression and was even admitted to local hospital psych ward for a while. To gain attention, Maynard also ate a number of low-dose Prozac pills during her teen years.
Maynard first gained fame when she arrived as a starry-eyed sweet single mom in "The Bachelor" season 2. Although she won the series as well as the bachelor Brad Womack's heart, their engagement did not last a year. Later, she appeared in and as "The Bachelorette" season 9 and ended up getting engaged with Jef Holm, a floppy-haired, skateboarding entrepreneur.
Maynard parted ways from Holm soon after. She later married Johnson in June 2014 after which they welcomed so Jennings in July 2015. She also has a daughter with late fiancé Ricky Hendrick, who had died in a plane crash in 2004.
