"The Walking Dead" (TWD) Season 6 finale is only three episodes away, airing on April 3, Sunday. Meanwhile, spoilers and speculations about the highly-anticipated episode 16 have begun to surface. In its recent post, "The Walking Dead" (TWD) fan page The Spoiling Dead Fans are reporting that Season 6 episode 16 will be titled "Last Day on Earth." While the synopsis is yet to be confirmed, the Facebook fan page confirms that the finale will be 90 minutes long.
In addition, TSDF has revealed details of a scene from Season 6 finale. Fans can expect to see Morgan looking for Carol after he realises she has been missing. On his way, he discovers a walker that appears to have been killed recently. Next to the walker, he finds Carol's "blood-stained rosary." He continues to look for Carol on the same track. Later, Morgan finds badly wounded Carol at a library camp where the Saviours slaughtered survivors.
He tries to fix Carol with first-aid kit available with him. But he soon realises she needs help and promises to bring help in the morning. However, Carol refuses to get help. What follows after remains to be seen.
In the meantime, several theories floating around claim a major death will occur at the end of "The Walking Dead" Season 6 finale. In addition, Jeffrey Dean Morgan's Negan, is expected to make his first appearance in episode 16. According to TV Guide, Negan's appearance will involve "horrible deaths" of few characters.
Speaking about the events of the finale, actress Melissa McBride, who plays the role of Carol told ComicBook.com what to expect from episode 16. She describes the final segment of "The Walking Dead" Season 6 as "very dark."
"I couldn't say anything after I had finished reading it. I felt like I had dropped into a black hole," McBride added.
