New "Kingdom Hearts 3" details will likely feature "Zootopia" as the next Disney world and "Final Fantasy VII" characters Sephiroth and Cloud Strife to return to the sequel.
It seems that another Disney movie will be included in Square Enix upcoming action RPG title, "Kingdom Hearts 3" as the recent Disney animated film "Zootopia" could be the next world being introduced for the third game.
According to writer Kenny McDonnell, "Zootopia" could be one of the new Disney films featured in "Kingdom Hearts 3" joining the likes of the already established worlds like "Tangled", "Hercules" and "Big Hero 6". McDonnell cited three movie reviews from various website stating that "Zootopia" excels from so many levels that it can stand with the finest of Disney classics. "Zootopia" has so much wit, panache, and visual ingenuity that it outstrips many a more high concept film. The film is also compared to "Toy Story" due to its ability to create a wonderful world of its own with important themes about diversity, inclusion and self worth, Moviepilot reported.
With no word from a release date for "Kingdom Hearts 3", Square Enix could extending their already growing Disney worlds and add "Zootopia" to the mix since the likes of "Tangled" and "Big Hero 6" are already included to the game due to their box office hits in Disney cinemas. "Zootopia" is one of the many movies hat will be included in other possible Disney worlds for "Kingdom Hearts 3" such as "Frozen", "Wreck-it Ralph", "Brave", "Toy Story", "The Jungle Book", "The Emperor's New Groove", "Wall-E" and many more. In addition, game director Tai Yasue hinted that "Star Wars" and "Marvel" worlds could be added due to the fact that Disney owns them now, however, Square Enix stated that it will be difficult since Disney has a strict rules on its licensed materials.
In other news, its seems that two "Final Fantasy" characters are being hinted to join "Kingdom Hearts 3" as "Final Fantasy VII's" Cloud Strife and Sephiroth will return to the game.
Cloud Strife voice actor Steve Burton tweeted that he will doing something important two weeks ago and will inform everyone about it very soon. Gaming fans speculated that Burton will likely do voice work on Cloud Strife for "Kingdom Hearts 3" and the upcoming "Final Fantasy 7" remake.
Burton has voiced a few different characters in "Kingdom Hearts 3" and he will likely voice Sephiroth in the game as well, Gamingbolt reported. Both Cloud Strife and Sephiroth appeared in the first "Kingdom Hearts" game as boss battles for Sora, Goofy and Donald and at "Kingdom Hearts 3" Sora and his friends help Cloud defeat Sephiroth.
"Kingdom Hearts 3" is speculated to be release on 2017 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
