It was during TVLine writer Michael Ausiello's edition of "Ask Ausiello" that one fan has asked about the status of a new roster of characters that are added for the season 2 of "Legends of Tomorrow". Ausiello explained that the new casting shift for season 2 will be more psychological than physical. One of the show's producers fell victim to the rumors that are misinterpreted as Ausiello's source stated that Rip Hunter, Sara Lance/White Canary (Caity Lotz), Leonard Snart/Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and other members have changed after their adventures in season 1.

In addition, there is also an appearance of a beloved superhero from the DC canon in the show's season finale and his presence will launch the events for "Legends of Tomorrow" season 2.

It is theorized that the hero joining Rip's team in season 2 could Michael Jon Carter/Booster Gold, who in the comics has a shared history with Rip and has been featured in many time travel scenarios within DC. Booster Gold also happens to be Rip's biological father which likely complicate things further for Rip and his team. Other characters that will likely join the team are Animal Man, Elongated Man and Vixen, Screenrant reported.

Actor Joseph David-Jones teased that his character Connor Hawke could return to the show and John Constantine (Matt Ryan) was once rumored to join "Legends of Tomorrow" of ever a season 2 became a reality.

In other news, "The Flash" TV seriest star Grant Gustin told Entertainment Weekly that "The Flash/Supergirl" crossover episode could open the doors to other crossovers with other DC TV serie such as "Arrow" or "Legends of Tomorrow".

The "Supegirl" crossover episode "Worlds Finest" will feature Barry Allen/The Flash (Gustin) appearing in National City from another dimension and his first meeting with Kara Danvers/Supergirl (Melissa Benoist). The two heroes will figure out how to send Barry home, as well as stop two of Kara's enemies, Siobhan Smythe/Silver Banshee (Italia Ricci) and Leslie Williams/ Livewire (Britt Morgan).

"Arrow" star Stephen Amell expressed his ideas on a crossover episode with Supergirl in the future and it will likely happen the same thing when Kara meets Rip and team in "Legends of Tomorrow" soon.

"Legends of Tomorrow" will return on March 31 8pm on the CW Network.
