"Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 returns with episode 16 on March 31, Thursday. The upcoming segment is titled "When it Hurts so Bad" and it will see the aftermath of the events of episode 15 "I Am not Waiting Anymore." The show features what happens after Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) goes on her first date after Derek's death. Also, Jackson's (Jesse Williams) mother Catherine (Debbie Allen) returns to the town and finds out about Jackson and April's (Sarah Drew) divorce. In episode 15, Meredith considers dating again after being asked out by Dr. Will (Scott Elrod). In an attempt to move forward in her life, it seems Meredith accepts the proposal and takes the big step.
However, things may not turn out as planned. The network has released a synopsis for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 episode 16 "When it Hurts So Bad" on its official website. According to the press release, Meredith regrets her decision of going on a date with Will. What happens that makes her quickly repent the step forward remains to be seen.
Fans can expect to see a lot of relationship drama in the upcoming "Grey's Anatomy" instalment. Maggie (Kelly McCreary) and Andrew's (Giacomo Gianniotti) relationship takes an unexpected turn. Something happens that makes Maggie feel that she and Andrew may not have a connection.
Elsewhere, Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) reconsiders her relationship with Owen (Kevin McKidd). In the meantime, Catherine returns to the town unannounced and finds out her son's divorce. Expect massive drama as the spoilers suggest that Catherine "really shake things up with Jackson and April."
