In the synopsis of the upcoming instalment, it is revealed that Chloe and Lucifer are asked to investigate the murder of a noted restaurateur. The duo meets the son of the deceased man and they suspect that he might be involved in the murder.
Elsewhere, Chloe's mom is back home and she turns her daughter's world upside down. Lucifer also finds out that his family is dysfunctional.

Meanwhile, in other "Lucifer" news, Hulu has bagged exclusive streaming to various shows including "Lucifer," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Hulu signed a multiyear deal with Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution and according to the pact, the subscribers to any of the two paid plans of Hulu will be able to stream all episodes of Fox channel's "Lucifer."
Hulu also get the rights to stream "Blindspot" after the season ends. "Rizzoli & Isles" of TNT is also included under the pact and Hulu will make the complete library of the show.
