The Los Angeles Lakers currently have the second worst record in the league at 15-59 and the on and off-court issues are starting to pile up. After this season, it will be interesting to see if the Lakers management will do something about the team's current staff.

Coming off a 48-point loss from the Utah Jazz last Monday, the Lakers are now eight games away from being the bottom-dweller team in the Western Conference. Also, the reputation of their head coach, Byron Scott took another dip as his coaching record is now the lowest in history being 94.5 games below .500, Fox Sports reported.

Scott is now on his fifteenth season as a head coach and he currently holds a 41.4 winning percentage for each season. Compared to Philadelphia 76ers head coach Brett Brown, his record is still 21.5 games worse.

The website also added that the head coach still has one year left on his contract but the LA Lakers management will most likely not exercise that option and go on a different direction.

Adding insult to injury is the current state of their locker room as highly touted rookie D'Angelo Russell just pulled a terrible prank on his teammate, Nick Young. The second overall pick of the 2015 NBA draft apparently recorded his teammate while talking about personal matters.

"You was 30 and she was 19?" (sic) said Russell  referring to the girl Young met in a night club. Then, he followed it up with, "What about Amber Rose?" before Young retorted, "No, she knows my girl."

This incident caused Russell to be isolated by his teammates. For instance, no one will sit with him while eating and one time in the locker room, when he sat beside teammate Lou Williams, the latter stood up and walked away, ESPN learned.

Furthermore, head coach Byron Scott told the other day that Russell is such a kid that despite being 19 years of age, he acts like 14. After this incident, it might not come as a surprise if Russell will be shopped around the league after this season. Here's the video of Rusell videotaping his teammate Nick Young.
