For the latest update on I.O.I. debut, it seems that other trainees that appeared in the show "Produce 101" will also make their respective debuts.

The final 11 members of I.O.I. were revealed at the final episode of the show on Apr. 1 via live telecast. While not everyone is happy with the final selection, the winners were determined by popular vote.

Meanwhile, other girls who did not make the cut went back to their respective agencies and to their training rooms. However, entertainment companies will most likely take advantage of the fame the girls got from the show.

Cube Entertainment released a statement that its trainee Kwon Eunbin will join girl group CLC. Eunbin already appeared in the music video of CLC's "High Heels". Meanwhile, SS Entertainment announced that they are looking for another trainee to debut. SS Entertainment is the home of trainees Lee Suhyun and Lee Haein who both made it to Top 22.

There is a chance that the girls will see each other on stage on music programs. However, there is no official statement from companies yet.

I.O.I.'s debut was supposedly in late April, but was delayed in May. According to All Kpop, the delay is due to the fact that the group will release a mini album, instead of a single, after receiving a lot of support from different producers. I.O.I will reportedly promote two songs as a group and two songs by unit groups.

I.O.I released the music video of the group's singer "Crush". The video showed the girls recording the song and having fun in the practice room.
