Two free AAA Xbox One games for the month of April are available for Xbox Live Gold members to download. Some older games are also up for sale at a cheaper price for Xbox One and Xbox 360 for the month of April.
Members of the Xbox Live Gold system will get the chance of downloading two Xbox One and Xbox 360 games, according to Polygon. Xbox One owners with Xbox Live Gold memberships will get "The Wolf Among Us" for free during the whole month of April and "Sunset Overdrive" on April 16 to May 15. Xbox 360 owners will get the horror shooter game "Dead Space" from April 1 to 15, and from April 16 to April 30 will be "Saints Row IV."
Xbox gamers are also in for a treat with this week's games and add-on deals on the store, which started on April 4 to 11, 2016, according to Major Nelson's official website. "Baseball Riot" with a 50 percent discount, a 50 percent discount for the Ultimate Edition of "Star Wars: Battlefront", and a 50 percent discount for the Fast and Furious car pack add-on for the "Forza Motorsport 6" game are some of the notable Xbox One deals for this week.
Xbox 360 owners will get fewer game and add-on deals compared to the Xbox One lineup like a 70 percent discount for "Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast and Furious", a party pack from "Jack Box" with a 50 percent discount, and a 50 percent discount for the "The Peanuts Movie: Snoopy's Grand Adventure." Major Nelson notes that the prices and availability of these deals might change and may also be different in other regions.
Microsoft encourages Xbox players to purchase a 12-month Xbox Live Gold membership, which gives them privileges to a lot of free games, online multiplayer, and other big game deals and discounts and it only has a price of $59.99. These deals will change every month and different games will be offered for players to take advantage of.
In other news, the PlayStation Store has already revealed its PlayStation Plus lineup for the month of April. PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita get two free games each for PS Plus members to download for the whole month.
