After struggling for the most part of the season, Swansea City has been unbeaten in four of their last six outings which allowed them to build a 10-point gap above the bottom three relegation zone in the current league table.

Swansea managed to force a 2-2 draw against middling squad Stoke City on the road at the Britannia Stadium last Saturday to still gain a much-needed point in the overall standings, via BBC Sport.

The Potters scored the first two goals of the match at the 13th and 53rd minutes, courtesy of Ibrahim Afellay and Bojan Krkic, but the Swans were able to come back late in the second half as Gylfi Sigurdsson and Alberto Paloschi both found the back of Jakob Haugaard's net at the 68th and 79th minutes respectively.

Meanwhile, Chelsea continued their amazing performance under interim manager Guus Hiddink even as former Italy national team boss Antonio Conte was already named as the official head coach of the Blues this summer.

Chelsea destroyed Aston Villa, 4-0, at the Villa Park last Saturday to pull off their 15th straight unbeaten game and settle at the 10th spot of the current league table, as per SkySports.

Midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek and newly-acquired striker Alexandre Pato scored at the 26th and 45th+3 minutes while former Barcelona forward Pedro netted a double at the 46th and 59th to complete the Pensioners four-goal haul and clean sheet performance for young goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.

Although the Blues were unable to defend their title this season, they are moving forward to the next with high hopes under the guidance of the 46-year-old Conte.

The predicted result is a 3-0 romp for Chelsea.
