Bottom-three team Frosinone Calcio (7-18-6, 27 points) will try to escape relegation as it clashes with contending squad Inter Milan (16-8-7, 55 points) at the Stadio Matusa this Saturday, April 9th for a 2015-2016 Serie A season match.

Frosinone is reeling at the moment after being winless in five of their last six assignments. The team is currently at the 19th spot of the league table, five points above bottom-dwellers Hellas Verona and only a point behind Palermo in the relegation zone.

With still seven matchdays left in the season, the Canarini can still avoid demotion to the Serie B next season if they will be able to string a few wins in the next weeks.

However, things are not looking good for manager Roberto Stellone's squad as they are coming off a 0-4 beating in the hands of middling team Genoa CFC on the road at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris last Sunday, as per Forza Italian Football.

Gialloazzurri was not able to contain I Rossoblu's Spanish forward Suso as he pulled off a hat trick at the 43rd, 59th, and 76th minutes while midfielder Luca Rigoni scored the team's fourth goal at the 72nd to crush Frosinone and send them to their third consecutive winless effort.

Meanwhile, erstwhile front runners Inter Milan continue their slow descent in the overall standings as they were clipped by Torino, 1-2, at their own home field of Stadio Giuseppe Meazza also last Sunday, as reported by ESPN.

I Nerazzurri seemed to be headed to a bounce back effort from their draw with Roma in the previous matchday as team captain Mauro Icardi netted a goal at the 17th minute and Inter held on to the one-point lead at the half.

Il Toro defender Cristian Molinaro was able to equalize the match at the 55th before things got out of hand for Roberto Mancini's side.

A second yellow card booking for Brazilian midfielder Miranda at the 57th caused La Beneamata to be a man down that early. However, a second sending off for Inter, this time Japanese defender Yuto Nagatomo at the 72nd for fouling Torino forward Andrea Belotti in the penalty area, made the hosts a nine-man squad.

Belotti converted the penalty kick and handed Inter their second straight winless match.

The predicted result is a 3-1 bounce back win by Inter Milan.
