Tottenham is coming off a 1-1 draw with contending team Liverpool FC at the Anfield last Saturday as they failed to stay at par with league leaders Leicester City in the overall standings, as per SkySports.

After a goalless first half of action, Liverpool winger Philippe Coutinho broke the ice at the 51st minute to give the Spurs a scare of possibly dropping their second game in their last six outings.

Mauricio Pochettino's boys managed to find the equalizer three minutes after the hour mark of the match courtesy of no less than the England top flight's leading goalscorer this season, Spurs striker Harry Kane.

The draw made the gap between the Spurs and Foxes widen at seven points at the moment as Tottenham stumbled in three of their last six matches while Leicester won five of its previous six.

Meanwhile, United pulled off a 1-0 victory over middling squad Everton FC at the Old Trafford last Sunday for their second consecutive win, via BBC Sport.

Young French striker Anthony Martial provided the winning goal for Louis van Gaal's side at the 54th minute to keep the team's Champions League hopes alive with only seven games left in their current campaign.

The Red Devils are in a bit of a resurgence lately, winning four of their last six outings, after struggling for the most part of the season. United is currently at the no. 5 spot of the league table, only a point behind neighborhood rivals Manchester City, who holds the fourth and final Champions League qualifying berth for next season.

The predicted result is a 1-0 upset win for Manchester United.
