"Fairy Tail" chapter 480 ended with an unsolved mystery as Erza, Jellal and Kagura were shock to see Simon, who was thought to be dead, alive. It would be interesting to see if this is just Neinhart's magic or if Simon indeed survived.
Last chapter, Fairy Tail repaired their guild after being nearly destroyed during the fight with Spriggan 12 member, Jacob Lessio. Guild master Makarov also warned everyone as August, one of the strongest members of the Spriggans, is inching closer to the guild. Meanwhile, Mavis instructed Cana to come with her in a secret location inside the guild.
Cana was shocked to see Mavis' body enclosed in a crystal and The First told Gildart's daughter to destroy it using her Fairy Glitter. Meanwhile, Gajeel's group was shocked to see their allies from Blue Pegasus and Saber Tooth crucified and annihilated by the forces from Alvarez Empire. Now, they are about to engage thousands of soldiers marching to Magnolia.
Gray and the others are hardly holding up on Hargeon while Erza, Jellal and Kagura are on their way to the port when it suddenly turned pitch-black. To their shock, they see Simon, Kagura's older brother and who was assumed to be dead, right in front of them. Meanwhile, Neinhart is seen lurking in the shadows.
Now, fans over at Manga Helpers came up with their own predictions for "Fairy Tail" chapter 481. User Vici stated that Gajeel's team will be supported by the other members of the Oracion Seis. So far, Midnight, Hoteye, Angel, Cobra and Racer have yet to make an appearance in the war saga.
Also, Reddit user cLuckb stated that Cana will reluctantly agree to Mavis' request. However, before she can perform the spell, August interfered. The powerful wizard approaches the Fairy Heart but Cana stands in his way. Before August attempts to deal the finishing blow, he was struck down by a powerful spell by Gildarts, who arrived just in the nick of time to save the guild from destruction.
Meanwhile, user CelestialFire14 predicts that Neinhart will torture Erza, Jellal and Kagura with his mental magic. However, Erza and Jellal were able to power through with the spell and start their counter-attack. As Neinhart gets serious, Erza summons her Armadura Fairy armor.
