The airing of Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress episode 2 on Fuji TV has been delayed for a week due to the station's coverage on the earthquake that struck Japan last Thursday. However, that didn't stop underground streaming sites from leaking the second episode of spring's biggest anime series, spoiling anime fans with more bad-ass scenes featuring the season's best female character - Mumei.

It's always bad for the business, especially in the anime industry, to have an episode leaked before its official release, but Amazon Prime, which acquired the exclusive right to stream Kabaneri online, has something under its sleeve that would make its viewers re-watch the same episode all over again.

This Thursday, Amazon Prime will be streaming episode 2 of Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress with unedited and uncensored scenes of Mumei's battle with Kabanes in Aragane Station. That's right, 110 seconds of pure zombie butt-kicking scenes will be added to the raw version with dismembered bodies flying and blood splattering everywhere.

So if the raw version of Mumei's fight scenes is already epic, then there's no doubt the uncensored version will raise the level of excitement surrounding the series a notch higher.

Speaking of Mumei, information about her nature and origins have already been released, and here are the things we found out.

-Mumei is a Kabaneri, a being that exists between human and kabane. It's the reason why she possesses incredible agility, speed and strength to combat dozens of Kabanes with ease. Several years ago before the start of the story, Mumei was infected with the virus but somehow prevented it from reaching her brain, turning him into some kind of superhuman being (just like the main character Ikoma).

-She has the ability to smell approaching Kabanes hours before it arrived to the site. It's one of the powers she acquires since she became a Kabaneri.

-Mumei will serve as a mentor to Ikoma, helping him to properly tap into the power of a Kabaneri.

Episode 2 will be aired on Thursday on Fuji TV (Noitamina programming block) at 24:55 time slot (12:25 Japan Time). Again, Amazon Prime will be streaming the episode with uncut scenes at the same time.
