Gal Gadot may have just revealed that Victoria's Secret model Doutzen Kroes has been cast in "Wonder Woman." Meanwhile, amid the ongoing film production, a new set of video has surfaced online showing the Themyscira set up for the movie.

Gadot teased that Kroes is also in "Wonder Woman" through her Instagram photo. She captioned the image, with a cryptic message that referred to the model's possible role as one of the Amazon warriors. She also teased that perhaps the Victoria's Secret angel will be playing as her sister in the film. After all, Connie Nielsen, who is in the photo seated beside Kroes, is playing Diana Prince's mother, Queen Hippolyta.

Nielsen also shared a similar photo on her Instagram, and captioned it with the word “Amazons” and the hash tag “#wonderwomanmovie.”

Kroes, on the other hand, also previously hinted her involvement in the movie on her Instagram, when she shared an aerial shot of Matera, Italy. She did not caption the image. However, one commentator named unconventional_being said, that it must be for “Wonder Woman.”


However, it is still uncertain if Kroes does have a role in the movie. Warner Bros. has yet to release an official announcement about additional casts in “Wonder Woman.”

In related news, a new video from the Matera set of "Wonder Woman" has surfaced online. The video. posted below, revealed that a portion of the city has been set up to represent Wonder Woman's home in Themyscira.

Aerial shots revealed the huge cast assembled for their different scenes in Themyscira. The video also revealed that practical sets were used to create the fictional island. There are jars and mats assembled on the pavement to represent the marketplace. The set is buzzing with activities and the video even captured a scene being filmed with a little girl.

Production on "Wonder Woman" is expected to end on June 2, 2017, instead of June 23, according to Movieweb. So there are bound to be more set footages and photos released until then.

"Wonder Woman" also stars Robin Wright as General Antiope, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor and Lisa Loven Kongsli as Lieutenant Menalippe. The film is written by Jason Fuchs, and according to Screenrant, it is an origin story that tells Diana Prince's journey to become Wonder Woman.
