Network carriers Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile have released the schedule of Android Marshmallow update for LG G4, G3, G Stylo, V10 and LG Class.    

Network carrier Sprint released the Android Marshmallow update for LG G4 in December. Soon, other carriers such as AT&T, US Cellular, Verizon and T-Mobile also released the update for the device.

Regarding LG G3, till date only Verizon has released the Android Marshmallow update. Other network carriers like Sprint, AT&T, and US Cellular are expected to release the update in the coming week. T-Mobile is currently testing the update for the device, according to its support page. Hence, the Android Marshmallow release for T-Mobile users seems imminent.

Furthermore, for LG V10, network carriers Verizon and AT&T have released the Android Marshmallow update. T-Mobile is testing the update and may release it soon. US Cellular and Sprint have yet to release any confirmed release dates for the operating system update.

Meanwhile, LG G Stylo has also received the Android Marshmallow update. Network carrier T-Mobile was the first one to release the update for the device and other carriers followed suit. The update is around 700 MB for LG G Stylo, so it is recommended to download it over a stable Wi-Fi connection.

Moreover, LG Class which is also known as LG Zero may also get the Android Marshmallow update. It was released in Oct. 2015 with Android Lollipop, out of the box.

On the other hand, Android Marshmallow has been released for numerous other devices as well. It was released for the Sony Xperia Z Series, but after updation, users began to complain about numerous bugs. However, Sony was quick to release a patch to fix the issues and solve the problem.

Android Marshmallow is designed with numerous new features, according to BGR. A popular feature, in this update is the Doze feature. This feature is designed to extend the standby battery life of the device by putting it in a deep slumber during longer periods of phone's inactivity.
