Episode 2 of "Game of Thrones" Season 6 confirmed that Jon Snow lives, paving the way for the next chapter aptly titled "Oathbreaker". The resurrected Lord Commander is expected not only to be the centerpiece of Episode 3 but also to play a crucial role on a rumored GoT story arc - an epic battle pitting him against Tyrion Lannister and Daenerys Targaryen.

The rumors so far on Jon Snow are lining up and one, in fact, has been realized - he was pulled back from the dead by Melisandre. So what's next for the bastard son of Ned Stark? Obviously, putting the affairs of Castle Black back into order is the most pressing business, suggesting too that the Night's Watch roster would be further decimated. That is if Jon will order the execution of Ser Allister and his minions if only to ensure that betrayal will not again plague The Wall keepers.

Circulating fan theories are saying that Snow will reclaim Winterfell for the Starks and finally end the criminal rampage of Ramsay Bolton. So big tasks are ahead for the Lord Commander but it seems that fate plans a bigger role for Jon, like perhaps someday rule all of Westeros.

With 'Home' carrying flashback scenes, though the eyes of Bran, of a young Ned Stark and his Lyanna, GoT fans are all fired up that showrunners will indeed deliver on the Tower of Joy scenario, which will affirm the true lineage of Jon Snow. Fans are convinced Jon Snow is a Stark mixed with a Targaryen blood - the result of the forbidden love between Rhaegar, heir to the Iron Throne, and Lyanna.

On that account, Jon Snow is a Targaryen prince too and has a legitimate claim to become lord of King's Landing. But before rushing to the capital, Snow might just have to deal with two surviving Targaryens - a queen and a prince yet to be revealed.

Standing on Snow's way is the equally beloved Daenerys. Since Season 1, this strong-willed Targaryen has been preparing to take back what is rightfully hers. She graduated from a deposed royalty, seeking protection from one place to another, to a Khaleesi and Mother of Dragons. In Daenerys, Jon Snow will have a formidable foe if ever the two will end up slugging it out for the lone spot on the Iron Throne.

Or Jon Snow will have to clear Tyrion Lannister out of the way first. Yahoo reported that there is a slim chance that the small but loveable Tyrion is the bastard son of the Mad King, Aerys Targaryen. Allegedly, Aerys forced Tyrion's mother into a sexual relationship that led to the latter's birth, which also explains the wrath that Tywin Lannister had for his unwanted son.

Regardless of the circumstances, the theory above makes Tyrion a Targaryen and with his recent display of the ability to charm dragons his claim to the Iron Throne appears to have gained considerable ground.

HBO will air Game of Thrones Season 6, Episode 3 on May 8 and the Oathbreaker could show the path that the risen Jon Snow will next take.
