Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy Osbourne have separated after 33 years of marriage and three kids. Their split was reportedly caused by the rocker's alleged affair, and not of his sobriety.

Sharon and Ozzy both agreed that he moved out of their $10 million Beverly Hills home in the meantime, E! News has learned.  An insider told the magazine that his sobriety was not the reason for their split. The source added, he has been clean for more than three years, and has not used drugs or alcohol during the time.

Sharon and Ozzy's marriage could finally end this time, according to Daily Mail. The publication claimed that the former "X Factor" judge caught him of cheating with a celebrity hairstylist, Michelle Pugh. Sharon asked Ozzy to get out of their home, after she finally had evidences that he had been having an affair with the stylist.

"Sharon went ballistic with Ozzy and accused him of having the affair. She said she had suspected something had been going on for some time and now had proof," a source told the UK publication. It is possible that she discovered calls and possibly meetings, the insider revealed.

Earlier in March, Sharon shocked everyone when she told her fellow "The Talk" panelists that she caught Ozzy with two of their nannies. When asked why she didn't get mad with him that time, she defended that he was not sober that time. Sharon claimed Ozzy even called one of them his first wife.

In 2013, the couple separated temporarily after Sharon discovered that Ozzy started his addiction again.Their split coincided with their 30th wedding anniversary, and she said, she discovered he was taking prescription drugs for more than a year through text messages.

"I thought, 'I can't carry this any more. It's what I have always done and I'm tired. I said, "I want a divorce,"' the publication quoted Sharon as saying.

Sharon and Ozzy met through her father, Don Arden, who managed Ozzy's band, "Black Sabbath" in the 1970s.  They got married in 1982, and have three kids- Aimee, 32; Kelly, 31, and Jack, 30.
