My Hero Academia - For the first time ever, Izuku Midoriya stood up against his rival Katsuki in the trial of battle. From there on, Katsuki realized the Deku he knew since their childhood days has become a lot stronger than he could ever imagine, giving him more reasons to beat up Izuku in front of the class and All Might.
Episode 7 Preview:
After scoring a passing mark in the Quirk Apprehension test initiated by their homeroom classroom Eraserhead, Izuku and his classmates were once again put to a test by All Might. As the Foundational Hero studies teacher, All Might is in charge of instilling the principles of a true hero to his students, including his protégé, Izuku.
His first exam is the trial of battle, in which Class 1-A students are divided into two teams- the villain and hero - and a trial will be competed in a two-on-two battle. Izuku is paired with Ochaku, the girl who has the ability to manipulate gravity, to his delight. However, all of his excitement about the activity suddenly dashed away after learning that he will be up against the prodigious duo of Katsuki and Tenya.
The rule is simple. The villains will be the ones guarding the Nuclear weapon and should do everything in their power to stop the opposing hero tandem from reaching the core within the allotted time. Izuku, not sure of his chance against a 'gifted' Katsuki, eventually decided to face his biggest fear - facing Katsuki in a one-on-one battle.
On the other hand, Katsuki couldn't wait to punish Izuku for tricking him into believing that he's Quirkless all this time. So just five minutes after Izuku and Ochaku entered the building, Katsuki initiated his ambush game-plan into work. Katsuki's ambush left Izuku's mask shattered, but Modiriya soundly intercepted his rival's follow up attack by grabbing his right arm and throwing him onto the ground.
Izuku then explained his habit of taking notes of every move of the heroes came in handy in his fight with Katsuki. He also revealed to his rival that the very same notebook he destroyed contained his analysis of katsuki's moves, further infuriating his rival.
